IG's South African licence number shows as Lapsed on the FSCA register
FSP 41393, which IG's ZA site still displays, has status LAPSED on the regulator's register.
We checked FSP 41393 on the FSCA's FAIS register on 16 October 2026. It is registered to IG Markets South Africa Limited and its status is LAPSED.
IG's South African website still states this FSP number.
What this means for you
A lapsed status means the register doesn't show this licence as active. It doesn't tell you why. Check the register yourself before you deposit, and ask the broker which entity your account would be with.
