CFDs are leveraged. Most retail traders lose money, and you can lose more than you deposit.
Terms

Terms of use.

By using Brokrpedia you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Brokrpedia publishes public-record information about brokers, prop firms and markets: licence numbers, regulator warnings, published costs and similar facts, each linked to its source. It is information only. Brokrpedia is not an FSCA-authorised financial services provider and gives no financial advice, recommendations or intermediary services. See the disclaimer and disclosures.

Accuracy

We take the data from regulators' registers and the firms' own pages and link each item to where it came from. Registers and broker terms change without notice, and a source can be wrong or out of date. Always check the original source and the regulator's register before you deposit money. Where we couldn't confirm something, we say so or leave it out.

Your use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial reference. Please don't scrape it at volume, try to break it, or submit reviews, payout reports or other content that is false, abusive, unlawful or someone else's private information. We moderate submissions and may remove any of them.

Links to other sites

We link to regulators, brokers, prop firms and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Some links are partner or affiliate links; they are labelled, and the disclosures page explains how we earn money.

Trading risk

Forex, CFDs, crypto and futures are high-risk. Most retail traders lose money, and with leverage you can lose more than you deposit. Nothing on this site tells you whether a product is right for you. See the risk warning.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Brokrpedia is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or the sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions: hello@brokrpedia.com.
