CFDs are leveraged. Most retail traders lose money, and you can lose more than you deposit.
Scam warning

Lost money? Don't lose more.

After a scam, people are often contacted by "recovery" firms, "lawyers" or "hackers" who promise to get the money back. Regulators around the world warn that many of these are a second scam aimed at the same victims.

Common signs

  • They found you. They contact you after you posted a complaint or review, or they say they got your details from a regulator.
  • Fee first. They ask for an upfront fee, "tax" or "release charge" before money comes back.
  • Official look. They use the name or logo of a regulator, police or a court. Regulators do not charge to return money.
  • Crypto or remote access. They ask for crypto payments or to install remote-desktop apps.
  • Guarantees. They promise a full refund or claim special access to "blockchain tracing".

What to do instead

  1. Stop sending money. Keep every message, receipt and wallet address.
  2. Tell your bank or card issuer straight away. Ask about chargebacks or recalls.
  3. Report to the police and to the regulator in your country. Find yours in the regulator directory, with the free complaints route for each.
  4. Use our report form to warn other traders.

We don't offer fund recovery, and we never contact people offering it. Anyone saying they are from Brokrpedia and asking for money is not us.
